The 60 Soft challenge is about being accountable for your self-care, while also acknowledging that sometimes life gets crazy and we need to be adaptable.
Some of our habits will be foundational and never waver, and some will come and go depending on the need of the time.
While *other* challenges are about harsh rules and restrictions, this one is about slow & sustainable habit building, and focusing on what you get to add in rather than what you have to take out.
60 soft is a new approach to accountability.
what are the rules?

You make the rules your own. Take what works for you, and leave what doesn’t. Just make sure you’re being honest with yourself about what you need.

Commit to showing up for yourself for 60 days. Or commit to 30 if that feels better, and then try another 30 after that.

Each day, prioritize doing one thing for your mind, one thing for your body, and one thing for your soul. The things you pick can change each day or stay consistent. See below for suggestions, or choose your own.

Track your mood and things you’re appreciating about yourself along the way. This can help you stay consistent.

If you fall behind or miss a day, it’s up to you if you want to “start over”. That’s in quotes because you’re not really starting over, you’re just picking up where you left off and giving yourself permission to be human. This challenge is NOT about tough love.
