“I think the biggest bloom that I have seen within myself this month is real self love. I work on loving me everyday and some days are a lot harder than others, but I can honestly and truly say that I love and accept myself just as I am. This program, Katrina and Megan, have shown me and inspired me to love myself. I started this program with only having taken 2 yoga classes. Now, I practice almost daily. I meditate, I breathe through the tough emotions, and I cry it out. Everyday I wake up with a grateful heart and a new lust for life. THANK YOU!”
