    Join Lauren Donahue, sought after expert in health, wellness and mind-body connection, for her 30 minute The RISE Workout! Get your heart rate up with some heart-pumping HIIT, followed by feel-good flow and stretching, and close out with a grounding meditation.

  • breathwork & embodiment

    Breathwork is a powerful healing modality that reconnects our mind with our body, creating space for liberation and release of stuck/negative emotions. Pranayama is about controlling (yama) your breath (prana) to move past emotional and energetic blocks that hinder your life force and access our deepest truth. We will create a deeply supportive space for you and everyone around you to open up and allow in clarity, power and peace. Hosted by Britley Williams.

  • sound healing & reiki

    Join Kelsey Cook for a soundbath experience to connect with yourself and open your heart. The soundbath with consist of breath awareness, intention setting, and the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls, the gong, chimes, and other sound healing instruments.

  • self-care & future self workshop

    Learn the real meaning of self-care in this life-changing workshop with holistic therapist Megan Sherer. She’ll guide you through a future-self hypnosis at the end to help you fully integrate everything you learn at Glow Fest.

  • intro to human design

    Leah McCloud is a human design expert and spiritual coach, and wellness guru dedicated to demystifying spirituality and bringing people close to their authentic selves through Human Design.

  • cycle syncing workshop

    This workshop is going to cover the basics of nutrition & lifestyle practices to support hormone balance and getting more in tune with your menstrual cycle. You'll learn about how to optimize nutrition, workouts, rest, and other helpful practices to support your overall well-being.

FAQs

Where is it hosted?

Glow Fest will be hosted on the beautiful rooftop of the La Peer hotel in West Hollywood. 627 N La Peer Dr, West Hollywood, CA 90069.

What’s the parking like?

There is plenty of street parking, and valet parking is available at the hotel for $25. We recommend carpooling or getting a ride share if you don’t want to worry about parking.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! You may also want to bring a water bottle, and be sure to dress in your favorite workout fit because there will be plenty of movement throughout the day and you’ll want to be comfortable.

What if I can’t stay for the full day?

Your ticket gives you access to the entire day of programming, lunch, and all of the sessions at the retreat. We recommend that you attend from start to finish but if you have to arrive late or leave early that’s alright!
