Who is this membership for?

This membership is for women looking to dive into self-growth and personal development in a structured and affordable way. If you are looking to heal and improve your relationship with yourself, relationships with others, mindset, mental health, and limiting beliefs you are in the right place with our all-encompassing program.

What’s included?

The Self-Care Space is self-guided, but designed like a 1:1 life coaching or therapy program, and offers structured guidance through some of life’s more challenging chapters. With your monthly membership, you get access to video coaching, PDFs, weekly assignments, holistic healing tools and techniques, live Q&A’s, custom content from our expert advisory board, and a private community of women all on a healing journey together.

Where is it available?

Anywhere with access to the internet! You can access The Self-Care Space dashboard via desktop or mobile app.

Can I sign up anytime?

Yes, the program is designed to start you off on day 1, level 1, no matter when you sign up. You will get to connect with other women who are currently going through the same topics in the program as you, as well as women who have been through it before.

How much time do I need to commit each week or month?

With all of the videos and assignments, we recommend setting aside a minimum of 1 hour per week for your coursework. And as with anything, the more you put into it the more you will get out of it!

I am brand new to self-care and healing, is that ok?

Absolutely. This is an all-levels, judgment-free, inclusive space for healing and personal growth. We welcome everyone no matter where you are in your healing journey. The only thing we ask is a willingness to show up for yourself.

I have diagnosed mental health issues, is this still for me?

Definitely. We recommend that you continue working with any mental health practitioners, therapists, psychologists, etc. that you are currently seeing. The Self Care Space will be a great complement to that journey!

What can I expect from the membership?

You can expect to discover a new way to relate to yourself and the world around you, as this program opens up access to learning to love yourself in a way you never have before. With a new topic covered each month, you will experience new levels of growth, realizations, expansion, and fulfillment in all areas of your life.

Is there privacy?

Yes. This membership comes with a private community that only Self Care Space members have access to. That being said, we do encourage sharing, connection and dialogue as a part of the growth and exploration process. But it is up to you how much you share, and the nature of what you share with the group. Vulnerability is hard, and we recommend taking it at a pace that works for you!

What are the billing options?

You can make monthly payments, annual payments, or a single lifetime-access payment. PS! We offer an additional 22% discount on all memberships for current students and female Veterans. Email us for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no fee to cancel your membership at any time. However, you must cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle in order to avoid getting charged for that month.

What if I want more 1:1 support?

We offer optional group coaching and private one-on-one coaching as well. The monthly group therapy is free and included in your membership. 1:1 sessions are offered on a rolling basis and range from $60-$75 per session.

Are you guys therapists?

Megan is a licensed Holistic Therapist & certified Life Coach, as well as Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga & Meditation teacher. Her passion has always been in helping women become the best versions of themselves, and her life coaching practice is what inspired this program. To add even more support and expert advice to our program, we have a phenomenal Advisory Board of therapists, psychologists and experts in various fields to give you the most comprehensive life coaching program available.

Can I Gift a membership?
