SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWAL: By subscribing to The Self Care Space services, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the next billing date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of service, including the validity, interpretation, or breach thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the state of Washington.
MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMERS: The Self Care Space provides information and resources for mental health purposes only. The content on the website is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional regarding any questions or concerns you may have about your mental health.
By using The Self Care Space website and services, you acknowledge and agree to hold harmless The Self Care Space, its founder Megan Sherer (hereinafter referred to as "Megan Sherer"), the expert advisory board members, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "The Self Care Space Parties") from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any content, services, or information provided by The Self Care Space.You understand and acknowledge that The Self Care Space is a mental health community for women that is for informational purposes only and not intended to offer psychotherapy treatment. Megan Sherer is a holistic therapist and life coach and does not provide psychotherapy services or treatment within this platform. The expert advisory board members are not responsible for any individual treatment plans or diagnoses.
While The Self Care Space aims to provide valuable and informative content, it cannot be a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. You are solely responsible for your mental health decisions and understand that any reliance on the information provided on the platform is at your own risk.
You agree to release, discharge, and indemnify The Self Care Space Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or are in any way connected with your use of The Self Care Space platform, including but not limited to those arising from the use of information, services, or advice provided on the website.COLLECTING SENSITIVE INFORMATION: The Self Care Space may collect certain sensitive information from users in accordance with our Privacy Policy. PAYMENT TERMS: The Self Care Space offers subscription plans at a price of $18.99 per month or $179.99 per year. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees in a timely manner. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law.
USER CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE: You acknowledge that you have the rights and ownership to any content, media, images or other works that you upload onto our platform.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: When using The Self Care Space, you agree to abide by our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to:
Be respectful and supportive of other community members.
Do not engage in any discriminatory, harmful, or abusive behavior.
Do not upload or share content that infringes upon the rights of others.
Do not use the platform to promote or engage in illegal activities.
Failure to comply with these community guidelines may result in the termination of your account and access to The Self Care Space platform.

Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds once payment has been rendered. If you choose to cancel your membership early, you will not receive a prorated payment for any unused portion of the subscription. In the case of the 7-day free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial is up to avoid being charged. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to access the platform until the end of your billing period.
