A: Use this as your safe space to organize your self-care tools and practice being more vulnerable with yourself. Write anything and everything that you can think of, and release any judgements along the way.
Q: Do I have to start on a specific date?
A: Nope! The months and days are intentionally left open for you to write in the date so that you can start using this planner whenever you’re ready. It can be January 1st or a random Thursday in May – it makes no difference! All that matters is that you’re committing to show up for yourself.
Q: What if I miss a few days?
A: That’s okay! This digital planner and journal is designed in a way that you can take it at your own pace, and fill in the dates as you go.
Q: What devices can I use this planner on?
A: This purchase comes as a digital download zip file with two separate PDF documents in it. One document is your monthly & daily planner, and the other is your digital journal. You can use one or both. They’ll be easiest to use on your iPad or tablet device. You can also use them on a computer, but please note that you’ll need to use an app that allows you to add text fields (like Preview on Mac). But for ease of use, tablets are the way to go here!
